- Managed by the Company’s expert team
- Tailored to meet specific project requirements
3. Licensing and Usage Rights
Research License Non-Commercial
Permitted Uses:
- Academic and non-commercial purposes
- Internal R&D projects
- Analysis and processing within institution
Restrictions: May not publish, resell, or redistribute the Data
Commercial License Business
Permitted Uses:
- Broadcasting and streaming
- Gaming and entertainment
- Advertising and marketing
- AI model training and commercial products
Scope: Must match license agreement terms
Prohibited Uses Restricted
- Removing or circumventing watermarks or security measures
- Using the Data in defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or illegal contexts
- Claiming authorship or misrepresenting the origin of the Data
- Training AI models without an explicit license permitting such use
4. Intellectual Property and Moral Rights
- All Data remains the intellectual property of the Company and/or the original creators
- Data providers (e.g., voice actors) retain their moral rights of attribution under Japanese copyright law
- The Company enforces these rights contractually
- Clients receive only a license to use the Data under agreed terms, not ownership

8. Warranties and Disclaimers
We Guarantee:
- All Data is licensed with full consent from rights holders
- The Data is free of third-party IP claims
- Professional quality standards are met
Services are provided “as is” without warranties of:
- Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Specific outcomes in AI model performance
- The commercial success of client projects using the Data
Limitation of Liability Legal
- Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the preceding twelve months
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- This includes loss of profits, data, reputation, or business opportunities
10. Termination & Governance

- All stored copies of the Data must be deleted
Governing Law Japan
- Governed by the laws of Japan
- Exclusive jurisdiction: The courts of Saitama, Japan
- International clients submit to Japanese jurisdiction
Modifications Updates
- The Company may update these Terms periodically
- Updates are effective upon posting with a new date
- Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes
